How to Book Your Bouncy Castle, Inflatable or Soft Play Hire
Booking with JumpAbouts can be completed online at any time. Our booking system lets you choose your equipment, check availability for your event date, add suitable extras and submit your hire details in one place.
You can book bouncy castles, soft play and other party equipment directly from the individual product pages.
Step 1: Choose What You Would Like to Hire
Start by browsing the website and selecting the bouncy castle, inflatable, soft play setup or other equipment you want for your event.
Open the product page to see its description and booking information. It's worth checking the dimensions carefully before continuing, particularly when you're hiring for an indoor venue or a garden with limited space.
Step 2: Open the Online Booking Form
Click the Details & Booking option beneath the product and then select Book Online.
This takes you into the live booking system for that particular item.
Step 3: Select Your Event Date
Choose the date you require and tell us whether the booking is for a single day or a longer hire period where that option is available.
The system will check the item's availability, so you can see whether the product is available before completing the rest of your booking.
Step 4: Add Any Extra Equipment
If you'd like more than one item, select the option to add further equipment and browse the available extras.
This is useful if you're combining a castle with soft play, adding games for older children or building a larger entertainment setup for a school, wedding or family event.
Step 5: Enter Your Booking Details
Complete the booking form with your event and contact information. Make sure the email address is entered correctly because your booking confirmation and subsequent information will be sent there.
You'll then be able to select the available payment option, including cash on delivery or card payment online, where shown by the booking system.
Step 6: Submit Your Booking
Once everything has been checked, click Book This Item Now to submit your booking.
A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Check Availability and Prices Online 24/7
You don't need to wait for the office to open to find out whether an item is available. Product availability and current booking prices can be checked through the website at any time.
Once your booking has been submitted, we'll continue to communicate important information by email before the hire date.
Delivery, Setup and Collection
Setup and collection are included with your hire. Our team delivers the equipment, installs it correctly and returns to collect it after the agreed hire period.
Equipment is available to hire seven days a week, subject to availability and the conditions that apply to the individual product.
Overnight Hire
Standard children's bouncy castles aren't normally available for overnight hire unless the individual product information states otherwise.
Overnight hire is available on selected family and adult bouncy castles. Always check the product information before booking if you need the equipment to remain at the venue overnight.
Outdoor Surface Charges
Outdoor installations on concrete, decking or artificial grass require a different setup and additional equipment, so an extra charge applies.
Please select the correct surface option when making your booking. If you're unsure how your venue or garden surface should be described, contact us before submitting the order.
Later Summer Collections
Later collection times may be available during the summer for customers who want to continue their event into the evening.
- Collection from 7pm: additional £30
- Collection from 8pm: additional £40
Availability will depend on the booking date and delivery schedule.

Before Your Hire
Please don't use face paint, glitter, balloon confetti, silly string or party poppers on or near our inflatables or soft play. These products can permanently stain or damage hire equipment.
