Send JumpAbouts a Message
The quickest way to contact us is to send a message on WhatsApp. Please send a text rather than calling this number, as calls aren't monitored.
You can also use the contact form below. If your question relates to an existing booking, include the name and email address used when the booking was made so we can identify it more easily.
What Should I Include in My Enquiry?
If you're asking for advice before booking, sending us a few key details at the start can help us give you a more useful answer.
- Your event date
- Your postcode or event location
- The bouncy castle, soft play or inflatable you're interested in
- The ages of the children attending
- Whether the event is indoors or outdoors
- The available space or hall dimensions if you're checking whether an inflatable will fit
- The outdoor surface type if the equipment will be installed outside
If you're contacting us about an indoor booking, the usable ceiling height can be particularly important. Please include this measurement if you're asking whether a particular inflatable will fit inside a hall.
Questions About Choosing Party Equipment?
Not sure what to book? We can help you narrow down the options based on the ages attending, venue size and type of event.
Our range includes bouncy castles, bounce & slide bouncy castles, soft play, inflatable slides, inflatable assault courses and inflatable games.
If you already know what you want, you don't need to contact us first. Open the relevant product page to view its information and use the online booking system to check availability for your date.
Contact Us About Indoor Bouncy Castle Hire
Indoor bookings are popular for birthdays and events throughout the year, particularly during autumn and winter. Before contacting us about a particular inflatable, try to obtain the venue's usable floor dimensions and ceiling height.
Remember to check for low beams, hanging lights, basketball hoops and other fixtures that may reduce the usable height. If you're still searching for somewhere to hold the party, our Halls To Hire section may help with your venue search.
