Do you offer overnight hire for bouncy castles and inflatables? Yes, we do! Overnight hire is available for adult and family-friendly inflatables for an additional charge. Unfortunately, overnight hire is not permitted for children’s castles unless they are installed indoors. The location must be secure, lockable, and the inflatable must stay fully inflated overnight to avoid any risk of damage.

What if the inflatable doesn’t fit when you arrive? If the area provided is not suitable or access is obstructed, our team will not be able to install the inflatable and the booking will still be charged in full. This includes situations involving limited height clearance, stairs, tight spaces, or distances that exceed what was stated at the time of booking.
Can I use face paints, glitter, or party sprays on the castles? No. To protect our equipment, nothing should be used on or near the inflatables, including face paint, silly string, confetti, glitter, food, chewing gum, coloured drinks, pets, or sharp objects. Many of these items cause stains or damage that can’t be removed.
What happens if you need to bring the inflatable through my house? If access to the setup area involves passing through your property, our staff will proceed carefully. However, we are not liable for any damage caused to walls, floors, door frames, or fittings. The customer assumes responsibility for any repair costs if damage occurs during access.
How can I prepare before your arrival? Please ensure any balance due is ready on the day, unless paid in advance. Clear all access routes, remove garden obstacles like toys, animal mess, trampolines, or overhanging branches, and double-check that you selected the correct surface type when booking. Incorrect information may lead to delivery refusal with no refund.
What if I don’t have a nearby power source? We supply a standard 25m extension lead. If your power point is further away—up to a maximum of 45 metres—please let us know at the time of booking so we can bring a longer lead. It’s essential that a reliable electricity supply is available for the equipment to function safely.
Can I decorate the inflatable with balloons or banners? No additions such as balloon arches, banners, posters, or decorations should be attached to any inflatable. These can cause tears or leave marks, and customers may be charged a damage fee if this occurs.
Can we use water on or around the inflatable? No water-based activities are allowed. This includes paddling pools, hoses, water balloons, and water pistols. All inflatables must stay dry throughout the hire period. A £30 cleaning charge will apply if any inflatable is returned wet or soiled.
